By using the amprexrs.com website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules and guidelines posted on our website.
2. Race Participation
You must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines provided by Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd during go kart races.
You must be of the appropriate age and meet any other requirements to participate in races.
Participation in go kart races may involve risks, and you assume responsibility for your own safety.
3. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the amprexrs.com website are the property of Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written consent.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior while using our website and services.
You must not engage in any activity that disrupts the website’s functionality or interferes with other users’ access.
5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer of Liability
Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during go kart races.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website and services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason without notice.
8. Return and Refunds Policy
If you have purchased an entry fee race package which does not match with the booking system at the track, you should contact us at info@amprexrs.com within five (5) working days. We practice a STRICT NO REFUND policy unless for the following reasons:-
1. You have made a duplicate entry fee payment and require a refund
2. You have paid for the wrong category. In this case you would need to repurchase the correct category again afterwhich your refund will be processed which may take up to 30 days to be completed.
Entry fee race package once sold are considered NON-REFUNDABLE.
At all times, Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd, reserves the rights to cancel and/or reschedule any event without consent from customers. Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for any costs or penalties related to accommodations, other travel costs incurred and/or any other losses/ damages as a result of such cancellation and/or reschedule.
In case of bad weather or any circumstances relating to postponing or rescheduling a Race Event , Amprex Racing Services Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any refunds.
Entry fee race package is valid for the particular Race Event purchase only. If the entry fee race package is not used during the particular Race Event, it will be deemed as null & void.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly, as continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
